How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
How Do I Make A Return?
1. Contact Workplatformsparts through email sales@workplatformsparts.com or chat on line. We will reply in 24 hours.
- Request an RMA #.
- State the reason for your return.
2. Properly package the product for shipping.
- Write the RMA# on the package.
- Ship the package per the instructions provided by the customer service representative.
3. Upon receipt of the returned item, one of the following will happen:
- Refunds - A refund of the original purchase price will be made.
- Exchange - Another part will be sent.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
- The customer is responsible for shipping cost of reason “bought it wrong” or “don't need it any more”.
- Workplatformsparts.com is responsible for shipping cost of reason “quality problem” or "wrong shipped".
Please note:
- Parts must be in original packaging and in new condition. Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition.
- Please contact us before return or exchange, buyers must ship the package per the instructions provided by the customer service representative.
- Not allowed returns will be rejected.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 3 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
